The best hotel entertainment! Really fun both for kids and adults ! Claudia is just made our vacations ! ❤️

If you are reading this then firstly an apology I didn't visit personally but my grandaughter, as part of a school trip, did. Secondly, I am writing this to commend this Hotel and it's attitude towards guest hospitality as being wonderful especially Rachele. When the youngest member of the family goes out of the country for the first time without you and skiing to boot you can be forgiven for being naturally apprehensive. Add to this food intolerances and your concerns multiply. But fear not! The Hotel in my dealings with them have shown themselves to be highly attentive, flexible and willing to accommodate your requests so thank you Boscone.

Thank you especially for animators we stayed and our kids liked very much Adriana e Leo !! Restaurant a little bit disappointed but all was very great !! Rooms was very clean and comfortable. Reception was very nice. Thank you we will come back !

Hotel nestled in the woods near the centre of Madesimo In an oasis of peace and tranquility I spent a short weekend with my family to get away from the heat of the city Perfect place that I recommend Spacious rooms Rich breakfast with quality products Super friendly staff

The place is very beautiful, in a quiet location just outside the center of Madesimo. The food, hospitality, and rooms are excellent. It loses points for the truly uncomfortable beds, soft bases, and terrible mattresses. In a 4-star hotel, waking up with a sore back is unacceptable.

Not a 4-star hotel at all, despite the very high price. The rooms are old, with unspecified mattresses and non-existent pillows. The bathroom is tiny, with an old, dirty shower curtained off by a damp, smelly curtain. The hotel had a large reservation for about 200 people on full board, and it's a shame the restaurant wasn't equipped to handle that number. To top it all off, the running water in many rooms was black! All this for a 4-star hotel! And I forgot: the staff (not all of them, obviously) are inflexible and often rude.

Staff gentile e cordiale. Hotel e camere ottime, scomoda la posizione, ma con la navetta a disposizione tutto è più comodo!

Personale molto accogliente e gentile, soprattutto lo staff dedicato ai bambini. Hotel super consigliato per le famiglie, ambiente accogliente!

Lo staff dell’albergo è stato davvero gentile e sempre disponibile. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti e a nostro agio. Anche lo staff del Baby Club è stato fantastico. Claudia, con i suoi bellissimi disegni, e Diego, con la sua simpatia e professionalità, sono riusciti a far divertire i bambini con tanti giochi e attività creative. 🌟

Personale cordiale e accogliente, soprattutto Claudia e Diego, struttura pulita e ordinata. Servizio navetta per pista Arlecchino molto efficiente.

Fin dall’accoglienza sono stati super carini e disponibili , il legno di ogni stanza ti coccola e ti tiene al caldo , ristorante e bar super rilassanti con la neve che vedi cadere al di fuori delle finestre , insomma non vediamo l’ora di tornarci ! Simpatici il ragazzi dell’animazione !
