The stay is always great convenient near shops and staff is always pleasant. Breakfast is always amazing.

The staff was great! The check-in process was really smooth. Rooms were tiny but efficient. I enjoyed my cozy stay!

I usually stay here when I come to Huntsville, and it’s a pretty easy going experience checking in. This time around it was terrible. Waited a little over an hour because the front desk person couldn’t login to her account. I finally was able to get checked in and the room was filthy. Floors were dirty filled with shoe prints, dirt ect. The shower and sink was also dirty. I recorded a video. The front desk lady was able to put in a different room. I will not stay here again. I use to enjoy this place a lot.

Clean room, clean common areas, wonderful breakfast and the staff in charge of the breakfast makes sure that the food is always refilled, clean area, and she is very friendly and pleasant to all the guests, staff are courteous and greets guests, easy check in and check out, smells good, handwash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products are great not just so-so products.

Room was spotless, staff made you feel at home, all around a great place to stay definitely will be back

Rooms were great. Everything was clean. The staff was so helpful and check-in process was super easy. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall great place to stay the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very small don’t expect to move around much.

They need to add shampoo and get rid of the "body lotion" in the shower. The shower was clean but it looks like the shower pan had settled and the gap recaulked and it looked moldy or just bad. Comfy bed though and clean.
