Hotel Indigo MADISON DOWNTOWN by IHG

The toilet handle came off in the middle of the night. We screwed it back on. We forgot to tell anyone.

Room was chic and comfortable. Hotel restaurant, Palette, is excellent, and bartender and custom cocktails are EXCEPTIONAL.

Beautiful property, very unique decor. Excellent food from the restaurant. Service was great. Very clean. Would stay again.

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely stay there again. It was a very unique place since it was once Mautz Paint factory. The decor was perfect. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We went to a concert at the Sylvee which is only 1 block away. The hotel was perfect. The staff was very friendly, there is a covered parking ramp next to the hotel. The fee was $20 for the night, which is expected. There is a restaurant and bar within the hotel, which we didn’t eat at but will definitely eat there on our next visit. The Vintage Brewing Co is only a block away, and practically next door to the Sylvee. Their food and drinks were amazing. Overall I’d give them a 10 out of 10.

The hotel & location were wonderful. The only thing we didn’t care for was the hallway vacuuming before 8 AM.

Very clean property, all staff that I interacted with were awesome! It's a bummer you have to pay for parking on the property. You can park on the street for free. The restaurant serves some very good breakfast! It would be nice if there was a pool or hot tub, but that's not a deal breaker. Aweaome place, I'd definitely stay here again!

Room was well designed. Suite was a great size. Restaurant and bar were excellent. Michael bartender was very hospitable to our group. Aidan at the front desk was awesome. Wonderful stay. Walking distance to lots of fun downtown spaces! Thank you so much!

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. This will be our "go-to" for all future trips to Madison.

Room was clean with good views. Shower head was awesome. I stay there everytime imnin Madison. Its a brautiful hotel with friendly staff, cool decor, and very comfortable beds!
