The front desk employee was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was so polite and helpful. I’ve been in other hotels and it takes 15-20 minutes to check in. She had me checked in and my room keys in 10 minutes if that. Her attitude is great and you can tell she knows what she is doing… GREAT JOB LYNAEE..

As a patient who receives treatment at UW Madison Clinics, my doctor told me that this hotel often accommodates clients who have unforeseen medical procedures and need a longer stay in the Madison area. Clean and very friendly staff members. They worked around the needs of my wife. This is exceptionally important to me and I will stay here again.

I stayed a LONG time (over a year) at this hotel and can't say enough WONDERFUL things about the management, staff, cleanliness, safety, and extras, at the ESA Junction Ct (Madison, WI) location. I felt like it was home as they really took care of me and were always a SUPER nice and helpful bunch of people!!! I didn't utilize housekeeping services as I kept my own room clean, but the people who worked in that department kept everything else in the hotel spotless! so it was always a joy to come 'home' to :) I would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone for a long, or short term stay. Special kudos to Germaine in Mngmt (and Andy), Robert (night desk clerk), and Lindsay/Avis/TeJuana/Robin (daytime front desk), and all the housekeeping/maintenance staff - you guys are AWESOME!!!!

The management and a majority of staff are useless! They allow smokers. They do not care about safety or security nor keep guests comfortable. The managers are liars. IF you have a problem they ignore you. Hang up. Won't answer phone. Won't help. Avoid

My wife and I both have stayed here the past 3 months as travelers. All we can say is the management team of Andy and Kevin are outstanding. As medical travelers we have stayed in our fair share of hotels and this has been by far the most helpful and welcoming staff we have come across. If you’re thinking of staying, call and talk to Kevin or Andy they will go above and beyond to help you out!
