Hotel Spinale

The hotel is very well located - 20 meters from the Spinale lift. The staff is friendly, helpful and profesisonal. Breakfast is good. The lobby bar has a great selection of drinks and the bartenders are attentive. Ski room is small but each room has a good locker that has a dryer for boots, helmets and gloves, so everything is dry in the morning. Spa area is nothing fancy but enough - has a small pool, steambath and sauna. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel, we had a nice comfortable and clean family room. Everything was perfect and we had absolutely no issues at all during the week that my family stayed there. Location is also perfect, next to the lift and you can just ski back to the hotel lobby. Best of all were Giovanni and Eliger the waiters. Instead of treating our children as just another guest, they went above and beyond to make them feel special and welcome. Kudos to the for striking the perfect balance between a professional service and a genuinely enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended.

You cannot go wrong in this hotel, amazing in every way!!!! Every staff member was exceptional, food and drinks were superb, 1 minute to the lifts, great boot room, great spa, honestly another wonderful Italian hotel with amazing Italian staff

Was with a group of 27 , 6 families & friends. Pure luxury, combined with the warmest of customer service. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, Davide, one of many that stood out. Location! Main lift outside our front door, as is the ski hire shop, as is a fab apres ski bar! Hotel were great help with restaurant reservations. Can't wait to return.

Just got back from a week long holiday in this hotel. Let’s start with the positives: the restaurant was well managed and the food impeccable. The Manager Nicola is extremely friendly and helpful. Negatives: 1. someone kept smoking electronic cigarettes in the hall and no one stopped them. 2. One big negative that will prevent us coming back. Ever. We were presented with a bill that had 5000 euro added to it. The lady at the reception played dumb and didn’t seem to be able to work out basic maths. When we asked her for the name she said she forgot. When we asked for the manager she said the manager was busy. When we tried getting any explanation we were told to go to the room. We went to the room feeling like helpless foreigners. Finally they seemed to “have worked out the mistake”. And yes, took off the 5 gran from the bill as we tried to explain. What an easy mistake to make? We had to email the person who made the reservation and we came back a few hours later when the reception personal changed and produced the updated bill. 3. Extremely thin walls. You can hear the loudest music outside as if you have the nightclub in your room. Also all the conversations by your neighbors. 4. The hotel is not ski in. You have to walk to the ski lift and back. 5. They have sent me an email claiming that some old wooden thing above the bed was broken, which we never touched. Claiming damages for something we never touched. Anyway, if you want some respect as a tourist, please take some advice: dont come to this hotel. And big hello to the receptionist (slim build lady with curly hair )who doesn’t remember their name.

Had a great time at hotel Spinale. Perfectly located at the base of the Spinale lift and close to the center of town. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner service and they have cozy spa facilities. Staff are very friendly

We came here last year and enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to visit again. We will most likely return next year as well! Consuela made arrangements to have us stay in the same area as last time~everyone at the front desk is lovely. We were so please to see Sergio at the bar again and happy to meet Alisa and Giuseppe as well. The older gentleman who works dinner and breakfast at the restaurant always has a kind greeting and the staff there are so nice and accommodating. Meals are delicious.

A good hotel in a perfect mountain landscape, but the food is horrible… Not to be so drastic but the Chef should be kept away from the kitchen… The “minestra “ is just boiled water with a hand of vegetables, and not even waiters could distinguish between fish and pork 😂 For the love of God, I ate better in the small Trattoria and didn’t cost 200€ for free!!!!

I have been here for several times and it's always a very good experience. There is also a lot of choice in taking breakfast/lunch/dinner. The service of the staff is splendid. When you like walking, good food, a good accommodation, a good service it's a very good hotel
