Had a lovely experience. Friendly attentive ,and comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic. Never had a bad meal. Would diffently recommend. The spa was awesome. I am a massage therapist myself so a bit picky. Loved it. My husband is a manager of a high end restaurant and he also was very pleased with the management and services provided. Thank you very much.

Just spend our skiing vacation at the Alpen Suite Hotel. Two families! Staff at this hotel are just absolutely amazing- thanks to everyone for making our stay so pleasant! Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Breakfast is very good - and again - breakfast staff were smiling and helpful! Transfer to skiing lifts works perfectly. Have only good things to say about this place!

Great comfortable rooms, exceptionally warm staff, very good cuisine in the reorganized restaurant, bright colors of the hotel building itself make it stand out, very efficient shuttle service to the ski starts

Our family spent a wonderful week in the Alpen Suite Hotel, looked after expertly by Marco and his team. The hotel was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the restaurant was excellent - we stayed half board and enjoyed every meal. The hotel ski bus facility was extremely useful and was always with us within minutes of calling for collection. The village of Madonna is picture-perfect and we all enjoyed our first time skiing. All in all, we loved our holiday and will look forward to returning next year, as this is a perfect spot for a family with young children. Grazie mille!

We stayed for a week, 3 families. 6 adults and 6 kids. Fantastic skiing, fantastic weather and fantastic hotel. Very nice service with the skibus transporting us to the mountain in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon. Very nice rooms perfect for a family of four. Large meny with lots of foods to choose from every evening. The staff has served us and have done everything possible to please us. The hotel manager has been over the top and also solved all of our demands. If you’re looking for a place with high standards and very serviceminded staff, this is the place.

Stayed here for 6 nights at the end of March. Had a great stay. The room was very nice (the pictures don't do it justice) and the skiing was great too, despite it being late in the season. I'm usually more of a fan of ski-in/ ski-out hotels, but here there is a shuttle service so you can start and finish on any pistes/ lifts you want. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly, and the restaurant is very good indeed (& for what it is, more than reasonably priced). I'd consider taking the half board in the future as I ended up eating in the hotel most evenings and it's a bit of a walk to other restaurants in town (10-15m or so) and its cozier staying in hotel. Everything is quite elegant and old school which is a nice change from the sterile feel you get at most corporate hotels like the Four Seasons these days. Spa was nice (sure, no Chedi but then you're paying 10x less in ADR here), although because the hotel has lower occupancy some days things like the Sauna seemed to not be turned on. Really nice stay and would highly recommend.

Struttura ottima, posizione valida vicinissima al centro ma distante dall'eccessivo caos serale. Camere molto spaziose, servizio colazione impeccabile (al momento la migliore provata in un hotel). Abbiamo viaggiato con un cagnolino piccola taglia ed è stato trattato come un RE! Ottimo anche il servizio cena, staff estremamente cordiale e disponibile per ogni necessità. Nulla da dire, torneremo presto

Siamo stati ospiti in questo meraviglioso hotel in compagnia di amici , tutti con le rispettive famiglie. Tutto perfetto dall’accoglienza , la colazione , la deliziosa cena , le meravigliose camere e il servizio navetta eccellente. Appena tornati dopo 5 giorni di vacanza. Un 5 stelle con un’accoglienza da famiglia.Ubicato a 300 metri dalla piazza di Madonna di Campiglio.E’ vicino a tutto.Camere grandi con un silenzio impagabile.Mini palestra con adiacente spa molto accogliente e cucina del livello che ci si aspetta.Somelier competente e personale assai gentile.Servizio navetta per le piste molto veloce ed efficiente.Serate piacevolissime davanti al camino con possibilità di assaggi di liquori e sigari di pregio.Un grazie speciale a Paolo che ha cenato con noi e a Federica che ci ha seguiti passo passo.Torneremo sicuramente.Francesco,Francesca,Federico, Carolina,Chiara,Achille e Bianca.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Esperienza fantastica all'Alpen Suite Hotel! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel a Madonna di Campiglio. La colazione è ricca e variegata, mentre la cena in mezza pensione è semplicemente deliziosa, con un ampio menù che soddisfa tutti i gusti. La spa è accogliente, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulle piste, e il servizio massaggi è davvero da provare! La piscina non è grandissima, ma comunque piacevole. Ci è piaciuta molto l’atmosfera raccolta dell’hotel, che lo rende perfetto per le famiglie. Le stanze sono spaziose e accoglienti, ma se viaggiate con figli adolescenti consiglio di optare per una categoria più grande o per due stanze collegate. Ottimo anche il servizio navetta per gli impianti sciistici e la posizione comoda, con il centro raggiungibile in soli 5 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, ottimo cibo e un’atmosfera rilassante! ✨🏔️

Albergo molto bello e ben curato, personale super qualificato e attento. Servizio navetta perfetto Ottimo cibo. Spa piccola ma piacevole sopratutto la piscina. Idromassaggio rilassante Bello uscire dalla Spa e trovare una tisana. Ottimo in tutto. Se devo trovare un difetto per forza i cuscini sono troppo morbidi. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Accoglienza all’ ingresso inesistente!!! Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare l’auto nel garage, prendere le valigie e portarle in camera in quanto non c’era PERSONALE! Camera buia, frigo vuoto, room service inesistente😐 abbiamo chiamato per avere dell’acqua in camera ben due volte, ma nessuno è mai venuto, colazione pessima,abbiamo fatto presente all’accettazione di queste mancanze, ma la nostra impressione è stata che a loro non interessava più di tanto le nostre osservazioni.!!!!! Al check out c’è stato dato il conto di un’altra camera e abbiamo dovuto attendere ulteriormente per avere il nostro!!! Non ha nulla di un 5 Stelle … ne camere… ne servizi… ne accoglienza…… si potrebbe equiparare ad un due ⭐️⭐️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel esperienza molto positiva. Staff attento, cucina superba, complimenti! Tutto il personale molto educato, navetta efficiente. Abbiamo già fatto esperienze a Madonna di Campiglio presso altri hotel, voi andate al primo posto!

Week end con la neve Abbiamo trascorso , fortunosamente sotto la neve questo week end. Hotel molto bello e personale cordiale . Strepitosa la cucina, sottolineo i complimenti fatti di persona allo Chef.... Sicuramente da ritornare. Grazie.
