Central location 1 minute walk from Gran Via and the Metro.Communication with the hotel beforehand was very clear and easy too. Room was big and had everything we needed. The room was also very quiet as it didn't face the street. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

This is not a hotel/ We didn't get a code to enter, and there is no reception. I had trouble finding anyone working there. This is a hallway with several rooms. Pictures are misleading. No reception, no security, and no safe in the room. We ended up going to another hotel.

It was mainly a place to sleep and it served its purpose. The bed was more comfy than we expected and I wish that we knew where to get the pillows for ourselves. Considering, we didn't use the room much, it was perfect for what we wanted.

Good location, and friendly staff - if you met them - and the room was clean. But we felt like canned sardines, as the noise from the street outside called for a total closing of windows with tight, no-see-through shutters. With the empty, white walls and bright ligths, it was about as cozy as a tecnical laboratory. And no coffee available the first morning.

Generally the apartment/room was nice a spacious although as I got a room at the back/inside (internal) of the building there was rather no possibility to get any fresh air or decent daylight. I have attempted to contact the “reception” to enquirer if there would be possibility of later checkout (********** messaging, directly by email and on provided number by text) - no reply whatsoever.
Additionally, as I had some morning work meetings, wifi wasn’t much help either. After connecting (what was almost impossible as the connection was dropping) got a message that there’s no internet connection. Tried to contact the “reception” on provided number but with not much luck!

Muy malo. No es lo que parece. No funciona adecuadamente el aire acondicionado, el wifi, habitacion que no corresponde a las fotos, en obras la entrada. Hay muchos lugares cercanos con mejores ofertas y calidad. De 3 noches que tenia contratado me quede 2 horas y me fui. Me prometieron reembolsarme 2 noches y no lo hicieron

Super agradecidos con el servicio, a menos de 10 minutos andando de la Gran Via El hotel esta en un edificio muy viejo pero por dentro lo tienen bien, la habitación esta limpia Cerca tienes 2 farmacias, un Carrefour, un Dia, hay de todo. El hotel tiene parking pero creo que es precio aparte pero por todo lo demás esta muy bien Un viaje con un hotel bien es lo mejor!!

Assim que recebemos a confirmação da hospedagem, ficamos receosos pelo local se identificar como "Hostal", no entanto, trata-se de um hotel super bem localizado, com todos os acessos digitais (mediante senha), serviço de limpeza e ótimo atendimento. Esquecemos um objeto pessoal no quarto e imediatamente o hotel nos informou e se colocou à disposição para nos enviar por Correio. Adoramos a experiência!
