This was my first time staying in a hostel and it was wonderful! The location is perfect, very walkable, and it feels completely safe

Yes! Everything is perfect its clean and its right in the center. I love the reception although its a little hard to find but everything is good. You can leave you luggage if you still have spare time before your flight.

Conditions are good, looks new in every way! The room is spacious, clean, quite quiet, well decorated and nice clean floor. Bed is comfortable! The little balcony adds character. The shower is great with good water pressure and fast drainage.The water pressure for the sink is weak though. The locker facility adds convenience for early arrival and late departure customers. The cleaners are very polite and do the job very well. The location is wonderful... minutes to metro, opera house, royal palace, plaza Mayor, mercado San Miguel. ..etc. The support over WhatsApp is very responsive and informative. Very minor feedback that a secuirty safe and a mini fridge will bring more satisfaction but not deal breakers for us. We have a great stay. Will return and recommend!

Was very bad experience. They changed me i didn't even stay. They give legislation room. As I man not allowed. After I reach there I even offer them I will pay more.but they refuse. They still not refunded my money. I mean it's not professional. It's not a hotel. It's a floor.they make few rooms in side.

This hotel is amazing as to where it is located but be careful when booking we chose and deluxe double with city view you pay more for this but when we arrived we were allocated a room with a court view you have to go through trip.com to get help as there is no one onsite to help they just said that is what is is and offered 50 pounds worth of credit back. On top of this they did not clean the room for the 3 days only when we left did they come in to clean it is what is is

I will say the air conditioning worked really well. The people that “check you in” are extremely unhelpful and not very accommodating. There is also NOWHERE to lock your stuff up other than a small closet that is full most of the time. The shower and sink area was dirty almost the whole time I was there, drain with hair. Hostel is difficult to find at first. They also charge for towels so do be aware of that.
