This hotel is nearly impossible to access without a vehicle. Public busses going in to town pass by a 7-8 -minute from the hotel but otherwise the location is not convenient at all to access public transportation. The people at the front desk were decent but very lacking in overall customer service. I ordered the shuttle bus to the airport but no one told me that the "waiitng area" was actually outside the hotel property and down the street. Five minutes after my arranged pick-up time, I asked, "where does the bus come?", thinking it would obviously pull into the large parking lot. I was told I had to walk down the street towards the Holiday Inn and wait on the corner. There was no signage at all. Luckily, the bus was approaching just as I walking dow the street so I flagged it down but I very easily could have been left high and dry. I was not impressed. When booking the shuttle the front desk staff should have communicated the pick-up point to me - and there should be clear information available showing the pick-up area. In addition, the breakfast selection was decent but nothing special. I pointed out that there were ants or termites crawling on the coffee machine the first morning and it was the same the second morning, along with them crawling on the floor next to my table. Overall, I was unimpressed with the level of service and accomodation for the price.
