Hostalin Madrid Atocha

Hotel with an incredible location, in a very nice neighborhood, 10m on foot from the center and 3m by metro from the centre. The level of cleanliness is excellent, it is minimalist but has everything you need. Cleaning and change of linen and towel is done every day. The staff is very attentive, since they let us keep the bags beyond the check-out time. The wifi is pretty fast. The only negative aspect is that it has very thin walls and you can hear the movements. If I had to go back to Madrid I would stay at this hotel again.

After being "well" received by the receptionist and spending a night in this hostal, I decided to stay another day in Madrid. I asked the receptionist if I could book another night. After telling me yes, he changed his mind: "Complete!" I told him of my astonishment. Then I decided to consult the site where I had booked the 1st night. Surprised to find that there was still a room available at HOSTAL IN! I decided to call the receptionist directly who told me that a room had just been cancelled. Back to HOSTAL iN, change of tone and attitude of the gentleman. He told me "no, it's full." In fact, he ended up offering me a room and overcharging me 16 euros! I realized the scam and I told him of my dissatisfaction. I decide to leave the place, taking care to book in another hotel. He doesn't even answer my goodbye and shows me his hostile attitude. The nice receptionist from the day before has turned into a mean little guy.

A small but very clean hostel, well located and excellent location. To rest after walking all day in Madrid, it fulfills its function with excellence. They provided a good service by leaving a package that should be picked up, very willing and they complied perfectly. Thank you so much

We were my partner and the girl. They do not put an extra bed. I say this so that you take into account the size of your child. As for the room, it is very simple but it is clean. Very small but if you are just looking for accommodation and spending little money it is perfect. It is located very very close to a metro stop and also very close to several cafes. To finish commenting on the good treatment given by the man at the reception, who let us keep our suitcases all day.

Horrible!! Lo primero, es publicidad engañosa. En ciertas páginas de reserva pone que la habitación tienen baño privado pero es mentira, el baño en las habitaciones es compartido. La habitación no tenía ventana. Y ofrecen servicio 24 horas pero luego por la noche no te atienden, desconectan el tlf y el timbre. Nos han dejado en la calle hasta las cinco de la mañana porque la llave que nos dieron no funcionaba. Y cuando fuimos a pedir explicaciones nos dijeron que la culpa era nuestra y que no nos devolvían el dinero!!! Indignante!! El trabajador que estaba escurrió el bulto porque, como no era su negocio,le daba igual. La ubicación es buena, pero el resto fatal.

Lugar bien situado si buscas estar en el centro al lado de parada de metro y a un paso de casi todo. Muy limpio y habitación grande con cama muy cómoda. Recepción muy amable. Lo recomiendo si visitas Madrid. Relación calidad-comodidad y precio inmejorable.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo ostello. Comodissimo per arrivare al centro sia a piedi che con la metro. Letto comodissimo. Unica pecca il bagno: troppo piccolo con un lavandino ancora piu' piccolo. Prezzi buoni. Personale cortese. Lo consiglio ma c'è qualcosa da rivedere.
