Holiday | Solo Avoid this hostel at all costs. My first theft experience in Spain happened here. My leather jacket, with cash inside, was stolen from inside the room. The hostel took zero responsibility and offered no help or compensation. The room was extremely cold, you could literally feel cold air coming through. The common area is tiny and there are only two small places to charge your phone. The shower area doesn't even have a hair dryer, and the bathroom was not clean. Most importantly: keep all your belongings locked and with you at all times if you stay here. Otherwise they might disappear. I booked three nights but left after two nights.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. The hostel is beautifully decorated and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hygiene standards are clearly very high. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the whole experience even better with their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location: This hostel is tucked away in an alley, about an 8-minute walk from the metro station. While it's a short distance, the area has a lot of questionable characters, and the uneven road makes it challenging for travelers with suitcases. Ambiance: The common areas are decent and they offer complimentary sparkling water. However, luggage storage is self-service and costs money. Room: Absolutely filthy. Yellowed pillows, potential bed bugs, and a useless locker (it can't be locked). Service: This hotel is completely untrustworthy. Two hours after checking in, I complained to the front desk about being bitten by bed bugs. They took photos of my bites and said that since no other rooms were available, they would issue a refund the next day. The following day, when I followed up, they denied everything and demanded more evidence of bed bug bites. Even with Trip.com mediating, the hotel refused to cooperate. They have zero business integrity.

Extremely functional with a great location. The shower works perfectly fine. On the other hand, the kitchen only has a microwave and an oven, which limits cooking options.

Location is excellent, service first rate. The kitchen is superb; there's an elevator as well as free luggage storage. The surrounding neighborhood also offers many places to rest after sightseeing.
