Slow Suites Chueca

The apartment was favorably located, in close proximity to a public parking garage which we used, metro station and restaurants. We were really satisfied with how clean, spacious, functional and modern the entire apartment was and the amenities were great too! Everything you need! The only downside for us was right at the start with trying to find the building as part of the name was missing and then the lengthy check-in process. The photos of travel docs of each occupant had to be uploaded and if that was not enough, we also had to fill in the details for each one of us. We traveled with our 1 month old baby all the way from Valencia to Madrid and was waiting outside in the cold for the code to enter. Only until we called the contact centre did someone acknowledge that we had completed the check-in process and emailed us the code. Overall, it was a great apartment, however, may need to give some thought to a check-in process that is stress-free.

Excellent location and value for money. A bit noisy at night so a better sound isolation would be welcome but overall perfect place.

Nice place to stay, from the outside looked a bit sketchy but the inside is nice clean and organized. One negative thing was the communication. After my online checked in I did not received the confirmation email so I was a little concerned. When we arrived to the property it took a while for them to inform us about the check in. Everything was solved after ******* got involved. Over all good place to stay. Restaurants ans shops were very close to us.

We loved slow suites. The neighbourhood was lively and therefor a bit loud at night but there was lots to see and do, and a grocery store nearby. Parking in an underground parking lot nearby was safe and easy and about 4 blocks walk back to the property. Check in was remote and easy.

Awesome property in a lively location. Though if you not used to having people parting in the streets past 4am select a different area. My family had a great time in this neighborhood with so many restaurants and walkable destinations. The Apt was exactly as advertised.
