I checked in and an hour later I started to receive text messages off a sexual nature from the guy on reception telling me to touch myself these continued up until midnight he was outside my door I reported it to to property owner nothing was done

provided that it's on the economic list, it has a very high cost benefits ratio being on a later small and quite street of the gran via where quite everything is at hand (plenty of restaurants, turistic sites, theaters, public transportation) room large enought for a days stay, clean and well warmed we had room 303 with a large windows looking an unappealing internal court a coffee machine would be highly appreciated

We arrived and reserved a double room, when we arrived our surprise is that they had a single room for us. They corrected it after a while with a triple, in which we found separate beds, but to make matters worse, two of those beds did not have sheets, they were not made, we had to ask for sheets at night, and make the bed at night.

La ubicación del Hostal es perfecta si quieres estar en el centro de la ciudad. Esto facilita mucho las cosas a la hora de organizar la visita. La relación calidad/precio es ajustada. El sitio está muy limpio. Las instalaciones se quedan un poco obsoletas dado que está en un edificio antiguo y resulta un poco incómodo. Por lo demás está bien. Fiz a reserva para 4 noites e tive que reduzir para 3. Expliquei sobre isto no check-in e o funcionário pediu para que eu conversasse com outra funcionária no período da manhã. A funcionária foi extremamente rude comigo e minha esposa. Esta funcionária se recusou a falar em inglês (ou não sabia) e nos tratou com ironia. Desta forma, ficou claro que este hostal não é adequado para estrangeiros. A localização é boa, mas o hostal é extremamente simples e o staff não está preparado para lidar com pessoas.

Las camas llenas de chinches y el dueño lo niega, deja mucho que desear para lo que cuesta. No entiendo el resto de reseñas con valoración positiva viendo todo lo que vimos, hay algunas reseñas que mencionaban lo de estos insectos pero al solo ser dos, no le hicimos caso y tomamos la decisión errónea de pasar nuestras vacaciones aquí

Quería reservar habitaciones en el hotel Regio y cada vez que llamaba me decían que la persona que hacía las reservas estaba por la tarde, les daba mis datos y número de teléfono y quedaba a la espera de que me llamaran así hasta en 4 ocasiones, iban pasando los días y yo no podía realizar la reserva. Vuelvo a llamar por última vez y cómo es normal después de 5 días intentando reservar me dicen que ya no quedan habitaciones, les digo que por su mala gestión me he quedado sin poder reservarlas, no me dan ninguna solución pero lo triste de la historia es que la PERSONA QUE ESTABA TRABAJANDO EL DÍA 18 DE FEBRERO A LAS 15:30h después de decirle que voy a poner una reseña por su mala gestión me contesta”PUES QUE TE APROVECHE” lamentable… SIN PALABRAS
