Fantastic hotel, great price and very good value, you get all the things that you need, hob , pots pans and dinnerware all provided, lovely spacious suite in a nice area of madrid, just outside of central enough to be in a real non-touristy area with good prices around but a 20 min metro ride to sol, gran via ect. Alejandro is super helpful and accommodating and a very good quick system of communication- really good levels of privacy which I value, more of an apartment than a hotel which is absolutely perfect, absolutely recommended especially for solo travellers and long stays as it was a very safe hotel as well!!

Stoler and lier… they stole me 600 euros! I have left my apartment there 6 months ago, now the owner have blocked me and i have NEVER seen my DEPOSIT OF 600 EUROS BACK !! SHAME IN THIS ETABLISHMENT!!!

Par où commencer, point positif la pièce où sont les lits correspond aux photos. A part ça de mal en pire. L’insonorisation est inexistante, on entend tout a la rue et les voisins des côtes et d’au-dessus. Les autres usagers de l’immeuble claquent la porte d’entrée à tout moment sans se soucier du bruit. Salle de bain avec lavabo cassé limite dangereux. Meuble de salle de bain en très mauvaise état. Silicone de la baignoire avec moisissure. Le pommeau de douche ne pouvait pas être accroché à la barre car la pièce était cassé. Stores cassé mon mari a dû les tirer avec force pour les descendre. Pas assez de papier wc. 1 seul essuie pour le visage hors que nous étions 3. Enfin je n’ai pas apprécié mon séjour et je ne recommande vraiment pas.
