The staff told us that they have upgraded us to another room. It’s bigger but it’s super dark with no sunlight at all and it smelled like cat pee. We were there only for a night so we couldn’t bother to change the room. The service was good. The staffs were friendly and attentive.

The front desk was helpful and they provided us drinking water, which we could not see in Balcelona’s hotels. The hotel is near the mail line of Metro, just a few minutes walk. And there is Carrefour next to the Metro which satisfied us everything we needed! The most important is the reasonable price of the hotel!

It was a difficult time with the power outage in Spain, but I was grateful to be able to stay there. I was very grateful that the toilet and water worked even during the power outage. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a stylish hotel. There is no changing room in the shower room.

The hotel is small and beautiful, clean and warm. The hotel entrance and elevator require card swiping, which is safe and guaranteed. The central scenic area is within one kilometer and can be reached on foot. The young man at the service desk upgraded us to a family room for free.

We had a wonderful stay at the Artrip Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - especially after our arrival from a long flight. The location is great, nestled in a historic neighbourhood and is close to art galleries and many excellent small restaurants. The walking trip brochure produced by the hotel had many great tips and added to our happy experiences! We hope to come back!
