The best advice I can give is that you do not book at this hotel, no matter how cheap and well located it is. Even less that you book it through the Trip.com service, because the website does not send you all the necessary information and then you will have problems to check-in: I spent an hour and a half trying to contact someone to give me my LOCATOR , which is necessary to check-in; I was lucky and I ran into a local worker who told me, but if not, I would have been there all afternoon without anyone answering emails or calls.
As for the room, it leaves a lot to be desired: a very strong smell of humidity that remains even on clothes, dirty walls, damaged furniture, stains on the sheets... You can also hear a lot from the other guests. I am very unhappy with the service and facilities at this hotel and would not return. It is worth spending 10 or 20 euros more per night.

- Check-in process: very cumbersome. Not explained well. Slow. Confusing. I am very tech savvy, pro-self service; this is as bad as it can get.
- Cleanliness: very dirty. Bed sheet were not changed from previous guest. Hair all over the bathroom, sheets, floor, towel.
Towels also smelly.
- Pictures on ********** vs. reality: totally different. Dark room, poorly maintained. Much smaller than represented on pictures.

I don’t usually leave feedbacks, though this one i had to, for future users.
Their door opening system was pretty cool and thats the only cool thing about this hotel.
Bed was so uncomfortable that my back started to ache after 30 minutes of laying down. I tried to lay on the foot of the bed, or different side of the bed, but didn’t work. I ended up sleeping on the floor.
Room smells like old dust.
And the room it self was built half underground, that you can hear people walking by all night, like in the movie ‘Parasite’.
And no Air conditioner in this hat city.
Worst of all the hotel i stayed.
Don’t be tricked by the pictures .

The location was great and the room was quiet. Not a window even though Pictures show a window. Basement unit with sewer smell. Mold in the bathroom.

I'm giving poor rate because I never find the hotel. I arrived around 12:30 am to the address indicated in the website I was surprised , no sign nothing that indicated the existence of this hotel. I asked to different police officers and none of them had idea about this hotel. I called a phone number on the website and they never responded. I have to walk with my wife around puerta del Sol to see where we could spend the night. Fortunately we found a hostal.
I complained with ******* and they processed a refund.
