HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!!!! pasamos la estancia a oscuras, salto el diferencial y al pedir el reembolso de la cantidad abonada, nos han culpado argumentando que quizas hemos cargado un movil en mal estado. 173 euros habitacion superior solo alojamiento y estuvimos sin luz desde la 1.30 de la madrugada, pidiendo cargar el movil en recepcion ya que tampoco teniamos corriente electrica. nos pusieron un foco portatil para poder asearnos en el baño por la mañana. la direccion me ha denegado el reembolso.NO RECOMENDABLE!!!! LEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR......

Horrible…. It is dirty and a very bad service.. cannot recommend … We left as it was so dirty. They showed us 3 different rooms, one more broken and dirty then the other.. No service and no refunds. We went to 7 Islas hotel nearby and it was amazing..

Horrible, dirty, bad service left after 10 minutes and am not recommending this to anybody.. the towels dirty, the blankets sure haven’t been washed for years… abaluhotel is one and the same and the people working there are really incompetent. There was another girl in wheelchair and the way they treated her was horrible, she could not even get to the toilet in her room

Thank you for a truly lovely stay, the accommodation was very comfortable, even though the street outside can get very busy at night it was very quiet in the room. Definitely recommend as the location is great, really close to metros so you can easily get around without too much hassle and also close to a couple of small supermarkets. Thank you again we would love to return :)

the property they put us tries to apprar fancy with the art deco and jacuzzi but none of all that matters when you:
-the furniture smells like piss. dirty sofa/furniture stains all over. lots of cracks or open spaces in the bathroom ceiling. makes you question security/privacy
- the shower is in the jacuzzi which is kind of slippery and there are some
jacuzzi water outlet right underneath the shower head.
- the laundry wasnt there but it was listed as one of the amenities (kind of like false advertising imho)
I can honestly put in more but this property is not worth more than the time I already put in.

A real shame. I rented one of these apartments for 1 night as a romantic getaway with my partner. Coming back from dinner at 1 in the morning, there was no heating, no hot water (impossible to use the jacuzzi, no net on the floor (so you couldn't call them).... Dust on the lamps in the living room.... And a fridge that barely cools.... Total: the situation annoyed our getaway.... What does the management offer me as compensation: a 25% discount on my next reservation... 200 euros thrown out the window by incompetent people who do not know what "customer care and service" is.

...other than four stables!!! Dirty,dirty,dirty. Horrible, questionable staff. Laundry towels. Broken furniture. Detached safe. Sofa full of organic stains. A luminor in here would explode. A horror movie elevator, microscopic, claustrophobic and rickety. All at an obscenely high price. We ran away from desperation, giving up the rest of the stay to go to a real 4-star hotel nearby. Never come here.
