Reviewing this place is according to what we have been truly experienced, an honest review and no more no less on staying for 3 nights. If you want to ruin your vacation this is the best place to stay. Here is why. - the dirt on the floor which is on the picture was there from the night we got in there until the end of our stay. - the bed we had was the worst. It was making noise a lot. I called, wrote a message and reported it, they didn’t do anything. - shower is very slippery, shower heads are very dirty. - customer service is the worst. - failed digital door. We woken the guess next to our room because the door was like clogged we cannot open it. - you can hear what the next room is talking about. There is no sound proofing of the rooms. You can even hear if someone is walking outside your door. - cleanliness of the building as well is a failure. It smells like molded. What pictures can be seen in trip advisor, *********** or any travel websites is somehow not really it seems to be.

Staff free propety. It was ok. The room was ok. Linen needs some update and also cleaning during the day for the shared bathroom.

The pictures don’t reflect what the accommodation is. The building has a sign stating that they are rated as CH, meaning a pension in the hospitality industry. The room was small and no cleaning was provided, except for towels when requested. This is not a 3-star accommodation, as I previously mentioned, the building is a pension.

We didn't have wifi so we couldn't get in until people was staying there open the door for us and help us how to use the key.

Nice and central The electronic pass key was difficult at first as was finding the room but ok when we figured it out

Good friendly communications after booking, was a bit apprehensive after booking realising you had to download an app which would be the access keys to the building and apartment. In the event, this was smoother than I thought. The room itself was spacious, just what I had ordered with a double bed, table chairs sofa bed, good amount of plugs, television (couldn’t find BBC World or whatever the equivalent is these days) so didn’t use. Bathroom clean, tidy, reasonable size. Nice wardrobe with sufficient bedding and towels if there were more guests. Only thing what was missing was a kettle which could have been handy. Supermarket Dia nearby. The Sol Metro and Renfe was about 1 mile away or 1.6km. Thank you to the hosts.

Filthy with no service and paper thin walls. Best part was leaving.
