Good location in El Rastro & métro. Comfortable bed but blocked sink, no pans or pots to cook so we had to spend money in restaurants. Badly fitting doors so cold draught. Broken shower bracket. Unsuitably high shelves & hanging space for average height guests. Too high to reach a glass or plate! Other than an international number no way to contact Limehome. I’m a host myself offering very high quality accommodation so found this apartment very frustrating. Pity as the furnishings and location are good.

The place is in the middle of football area, and it is very noisy in the evening, which is not really a problem if you close the windows.
We experience a problem in communicating with the owner, who did not answer about our absence of Wi-Fi and strange noises from the air conditioning.
The rest of the flat is great

The location is so, so perfect. Right in the middle of a great neighborhood and close to 2 metro stations on 2 separate lines. Near to Cava Baja for tapas, and a churro factory is right downstairs! The ceilings are quite low in the bedrooms, bathroom is small, which are mildly inconvenient. But didn't bother us at all. The kitchen was great, and stocked with enough dishware for us. The terrace is beautiful.

The internet stopped working from the 1st day we arrived (we were there for 5), and it was never solved. We had two leaks, which were also never resolved, and the elevator, which was also broken, was also never fixed... we were on the fourth floor, and nothing was done about it. They were ready and willing to respond

Generally good. Very well located, clean but the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The noise of the garbage being taken out at 3 am and the light from the elevator that illuminates all the apartments that face it always woke us up.
There was no soap. only shampoo so the bath was with shampoo. There were no napkins. They do not leave pure water.

There was a problem in the apartment where we were going to stay because it flooded and they called us to give us another one on Calle Fomento. Very good communication and so is the apartment.
