We arrived early in the morning after a long distance flight ...nobody was available and in the whatsapp call somebody to me that nobody can come to open the door first availb around 10 am .
We were happy that on the 2nd floor hostal biarritz could help us with their internet and bathroom facilities...thank you.

Se pasa mucho trabajo para bañ****,la bañadera es extremadamente alta para personas adultas, la taza estaba rajada y eso es un peligro potencial para cualquier persona q se puede dañar, incluso desangrar allí, nos hospedamos 10 días y el dueño lo pensó para cambiarla, al fin lo hizo, el hostal le doy un 4, pero allí no me quedaré más, a pesar q la persona de limpieza es muy nice , y el muchacho q está en la tarde.

This hostel is great, especially for the price. Rooms are very nice and new and kept very clean. Location is great, right in the heart of Sol, everything you need and want is in walking distance, bars and restaurants, stores, clubs. My only single complaint about this place is that they do not have an attendant available 24/7, so one night I accidentally left my key in the room and was not able to get let in until the next morning. Overall great place to stay, but seriously do not lose your room key.

Das hotel ist klein aber fein, nur für auf der Toilette sich setzen ist es sehr eng .
Aber für Ausflüge zu planen Super es liegt mitten in Madrid.

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und alles war super. Würde einem Raucher aber empfehlen, ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu buchen, da man lange nach unten braucht.
