Fully self-service, but the room is a bit small, the twin beds are really small! The bathroom is also small! After going abroad, I really can’t make do with it! Clean and good! We live in a small room for two people.

All very well. The bathroom is very small but well equipped.
There are no closets. Only the wall bar with some hangers to hang, in that aspect somewhat lacking.

Close to Atocha station and lots of restaurants around. The room was spacious and clean.
I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 in the morning, and the receptionist just came to work and took care of my luggage.
I couldn't return until the receptionist left, so he sent me an email on how to open the key and put my luggage in the room. They spoke English and were very kind.
There is a vending machine for snacks and water next to the reception desk, so it was convenient to be able to buy snacks and water after returning to the hotel.

Booked 1 room for 2 people and 1 room for 3 people. We only received 1 small 135 double bed in the room for 3 people and the reception told us to all sleep in the same small double bed. Was also only given towels for 2 people. Room was very very small and too hot and impossible to turn heating off. Terrible service and bad attitude of staff.

Friendly staff, baggage drop-off available (particularly nice for red eye flyers from the US), close to the Prado and the train station. Room is not large, but has everything you need, and the price is very reasonable.
