No início da pandemia quando já afetava Madrid eu fui obrigada a pedir devolução ou adiamento da estadia já paga. Depois de várias tentativas... aceitaram reagendar. Aceitaram por escrito. Foi em fevereiro de 2020!!! Até expliquei que precisaria de confirmar a nova data devido a bebé de 1 ano mas até hoje apenas um silêncio vergonhoso. E mesmo explicando que preciso da fatura, até hoje nem isso enviaram. Péssimo serviço, não são honestos nem prestativos. Fiquei muito desiludida e indignada com a ausência de respostas, com o silêncio que escolheram depois de aceitarem novas datas. Não recomendo! De 0 a 10, é mesmo ZERO.
