Eurostars Madrid Tower

❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️ 😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day. 😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking. 🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

The hotel is far from the city centre. It takes almost half an hour by UBER or taxi to arrive in the city centre. The area near the hotel has 4 tall towers, and a few minutes away is a little sunken area with a few restaurants and clothing shops, but no supermarket nearby. In the lobby of the hotel there were many visitors dressed in suits everyday for conventions. They often blocked us when we tried to pass by or they crowded the elevators. Our room was not new at all; we wanted to change the room but we were told the hotel is full so "come back tomorrow". Our shower door would not close, so water leaked out a lot. Our bathroom sliding door was so crooked that there was a big gap when it was "closed". The bathroom sink water drained extremely slowly and was almost overflowing. The lights control system is stupid, with no separate light controls for the bathroom. Either all the lights on or all the lights off. Overall the hotel is ok, but many things need fixing.
