The hotel is situated at 3 minutes from Opera metro station with easy access to train and airport by public transport. Near the Royal Palace and other attractions but also far enough away for normal food and drink prices. Rooms are clean and bright and have small fridge. The owner is always around and has been running the place for 37 years. Price is good and the bed are comfortable, large TV (if you still watch tv). There is small computer room in the hall, free wifi and light rooms. I definitely will return

Excellent service from Mrs. Margarita. The rooms, although small, are comfortable for what you need (sleeping). The location is also excellent, close to all kinds of shops and restaurants. You can go to any place of interest, since there are 2 metro stations (Opera and Sol) very close. I would definitely come back.

The location is very good. You can walk to the surrounding attractions and it is only a few hundred meters away from the Puerta del Sol subway station. There are also many restaurants nearby. Although the room is relatively small, it is cleaned very well every day. The soundproofing is not very good. If you are afraid of noise when sleeping, you may need earplugs. The hotel is managed by a white-haired grandmother, who is very beautiful and enthusiastic. The overall experience is good.

The staff was always very friendly, helping us with all our requests which made our trip easier.
