Location and cleanliness were top notch, the bed is obviously not big but it's OK for the price in the city center. Unfortunately I didn't get much sleep because it felt like the garbage truck was working in the street for an hour in the middle of the night and it was so loud it was like there was a construction site right outside the window. It's not the hotel's fault but I didn't get a restful night.

Very happy with this place! Unbeatable location, they leave the keys for you and you don't have to leave them at reception like in other places and thus be able to enter and leave calmly. It shows that everything is cared for and done with great care in this place. The room was very good, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the shower was large, it had a hairdryer, amenities, everything was quite quiet... the truth is that I am very happy!

I highly recommend this accommodation. The staff are excellent to deal with and are very quick to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction. I look forward to staying in this accommodation in the very near future. I'm giving them a 5 star rating.

Wasn’t expecting much for the price but was pleasantly surprised. The man at the front of desk was more than happy to store my luggage and room was ready before check in time. Good aircon, comfy bed, small but practical bathroom with good shower. Would be great if the room either had a fridge to store drinks or a kettle to make tea or coffee. Otherwise can’t complain and location was excellent

This was an all round perfect 3 night stay on our first visit to Madrid. myself and my daughter were very comfortable in our twin room it was a great size and very clean also the bathroom was a good size and spotless. The couple who were at reception were really nice and friendly, the location was perfect for everything and we are already planning our next visit 😁 thank you Hostel Aresol 👍
