For being a 3-star hotel, the condition of the room was disappointing. Many things were more or less broken: sofa, chair, toilet seat was leaking. "Free toiletries" included hand soap, nothing else. We paid for a breakfast for both mornings, but on Sunday it was served as a take away bag with a croisant, juice, and filtered coffee. Nothing to complain about the location, it was very convenient. Walking distance from the city center.

After 10pm there is nobody in reception. They locked my door for a problem with my card and there was nobody absolutely nobody to communicate with. I had to, in the middle is the night, on my daughters birthday go on a cab to find another hotel otherwise we would have been in the street for the night. I emailed, called and nobody got back to me. Next day I went tying to talk to the manager, who did not even apologize. My medication, which I need daily was in my room. He did not offer any solution and did not seem to care. Terrible experience.

The corridors accumulated dirt, at least on the 3rd floor. The room was clean.
Lack of conservation. The walls have many scratches from suitcases possibly. The TV looks like a PC monitor. It's dwarf. Breakfast is a ticket to go to a bar 50 m away.

The super noisy room, you could hear everything from the street and from the reception, I asked to be changed to another room and they didn't change me.
