Our family loved this property and its mission as it pertains the environment and people with disabilities. All staff members were professional and friendly; wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended.

Little far from city center but still a great location due to the metro being steps away. Mattress was a little thin but we enjoyed our stay.

Hello Team Iluion,
Just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent stay. Overall, it was good – comfy room, friendly staff, and breakfast that hit the right notes.
But, and it's a bit of a bummer, the bathroom situation left me a tad disappointed. The lack of privacy felt a bit too close for comfort, and it kind of took away from the overall experience.
I hate to be a downer, but I believe an adjustment there could really elevate the stay. Thanks for listening, and here's to hoping my next visit will be even better.

Hotel details specifically state that they have a electric car charge point. They do not.
Also, reduced parking charges (23 Euros instead of 30 Euros per day) do not apply unless you pay the parking bill in cash.
Everybody uses credit cards these days.
Since it costs 10 Euros or more just to get cash from an ATM the saving is non-existent.

I stayed 4 nights and my overall impression was that it’s okay. I had the unfortunate luck of traveling during a period where several conferences were on going and hotel prices doubled. If the room rate was closer to $100-$125 per night it would have been more acceptable. I was closer to $200 a night and it’s def not worth it. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Tv was easy to use and I was able to connect a Roku stick for watching programs. However the bed was a bit too firm, the pillows too skinny and the ac was a single temperature. At this time the only option was best that my room was already too warm even with the ac off. Opening a window didn’t help at all, so falling asleep was difficult. The cleaning staff was on a mission to wake everyone up in the am. They would hit every wall, corner or object with their brooms and vacuum. So if you sleep in late, this is not the hotel for you. Other comments said the walls are paper thin, however I couldn’t hear my neighbors to my left or right. But I could hear everyone walking by the hallway and above me. Very strange but you could hear every whisper. Overall I would only stay here if there wasn’t anything in the near by area.
