We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast buffet had good options. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, everything is conveniently located which was perfect for my mother and I as we walked everywhere!

Overall a good value compared to some of the prices of rooms around area. Rooms are really small, maneuvering 2 people a little difficult. Bathrooms are nice. A little noisy in hallway. Staff are really great! Took a 2 night side trip here from our main trip in Barcelona, so we weren't in the room much. Overall if you're looking for a clean place, close to Plaza Mayor, Grand Via, etc for a reasonable price this is a good option. If you're looking for more comfort, maybe not for you. We chose not to get the breakfast since there are places around to get a bite.

This is the perfect location for a visit to Madrid. The location was super convenient to get to Plaza Mayor, or Puerta de Sol, and the best chocolate place in the city was across the street. The hotel staff were all incredibly kind and informative, and the hotel itself was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay. Clean, helpful staff, good food and places to eat, shop, and site see within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
