Located near many restaurants but a slightly longer walk to the metro. Room was good size and well lit. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Walls were a bit thin... I could hear sounds from the corridor and neighbour. Excellent service and polite staff all the way. Nice pool.

Breakfast buffet was very good; they changed things up a bit every day. Gym got a little packed in the early morning. Staff were helpful with our requests.

It is a nice & clean hotel. Walking distance from the train station and Bernabeu stadium. Very good option to stay in after watching a late football match.

Rooms are quite small when compared to the price, but staff are super friendly. Breakfast is just definitely not worth the money at all. Hotel is pretty OK all around, food for business trips.

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were good, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff spoke English, making communication easy. Although not in the city center, it's easily accessible via Metro Line 1 to Sun Plaza. The surrounding area is a quiet business district. Taxis are readily available at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Overall, a very good hotel.
