Pillow cases were obviously unwashed with huge blood spot inside folded/tucked inside portion of pillowcase on the also bloodied pillow. Cannot imagine how this happened but it was super gross, disappointing, and very disgusting that is was placed on bed let alone left inside room. Very glad we didn’t see or use pillow as it was not noticed until we placed it from couch where we laid the extra bed pillows back onto bed but that certainly made us very uncertain about overall cleanliness of everything in room and property. Asked at checkout if they would notify or check with housekeepers, hotel said they were sorry but that was all they said

During my recent stay at a hotel, I wanted to share a brief review. The location of the hotel was excellent (5/5), providing convenient access to the subway, although it was a bit noisy at night. The service from the staff was outstanding (5/5), as they were attentive and friendly. In terms of cleanliness, it was generally good (4/5), but improvements were needed in areas such as bathrooms. Additionally, I encountered difficulty closing the windows and blinds, which was a minor inconvenience. As for amenities, they were generally satisfactory (4/5), positively impacting the overall experience.

Facilities: old facilities, strange room layout, three single beds joined together, creaky beds Hygiene: OK Environment: average environment, not recommended to go out at night, but there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby Service: OK, breakfast is available

The room is very big

Old but well-preserved hotel, a little far from the center but next to a shopping center and a metro station.

The room is large and a bit old, and the area is relatively remote. But the price-performance ratio is still good

This hotel is the smallest I have ever stayed in in any European hotel. The bed is only one meter long, and there is a table on the floor. The space is very small. The whole space is about 6 square meters~ It is very noisy, and the hotel is on a hillside. There is a subway station and supermarket nearby. Personally Not recommended~ The price does not match the hotel environment at all~ There is a huge difference

Very good, um, just right

這是環繞西班牙葡萄牙之後第二次入住這家酒店，因為熟悉了周圍的環境，酒店不遠處有個商場，有家樂福和其他超市。非常靠近地鐵口。離開機場與火車站也都不遠。酒店設施完善，房間很大。前台服務熱情周到。是下榻馬德里的不錯選擇！

酒店非常好，前台禮貌熱情，房間乾淨衞生，空間也很大，離地鐵口很近，幾分鐘就到家樂福大型超市，購物吃東西都很方便。

Buena atención, teníamos que salir temprano y no teníamos tiempo para el desayuno y nos dieron el desayuno para llevar

旁邊就是家樂福，生活很方便，早餐就是正常生活不好也不差。前台也很熱情，有問題都會很熱情地給你解決，推薦。
