Check in went smoothly. The location is very good, only a hundred meters away from Carrefour and the subway, which is very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities and is clean and tidy.

酒店比較復古，但為了去伯納烏看皇馬比賽，特意選了個離得稍微近一些的。不過還是要坐地鐵才能到達。設施都不錯，房間也比較寬敞。離地鐵站非常近，大概步行3分鐘就能到，路口還有KFC和家樂福超市，很便利！

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. It’s close to metro, so it is easy to get everywhere.

The staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. The hotel is located next to a metro stop that can take you anywhere you want in Madrid. The area around the hotel is active but it is not considered a destination for shopping or food or any attraction.
The things I didn't like about the hotel but no big deal: the bed sheets were old and leave residues on your clothes. No USPs anywhere in the room. TV channels were very limited.
