The hotel is in the very center of Madrid. A block to Plaza de España, a block to the Gran Via, a couple of blocks to Puerta del Sol. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our room faced the street and as with all major cities it could be noisy at times. The room itself was very spacious and clean. With a kitchenette we were not expecting and only used the refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!

We booked this hotel for 1 night, because we arrived a day earlier in Madrid than we expected. The room was very big, it has a seperate kitchen, sleeping room, bathroom. Although spacious, but not very modern, but not to say old. There is no breakfast provided and unfortenately, the hotel did not have a parking space available for us. So we parked in the surroundings, Plaza Espana was okay (but expensive). The location is very nice!

I stayed 2 night at the hotel for a business trip in January (FITUR 2023) and I liked it. The location close to the metro station and also to close to the greatest boulevard Gran Via, helped a lot! If you want to do shopping it’s the best location because the hotel is close to stores and also a 5 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. The room I stayed in was equipped with a kitchenette and a large double bed with comfy mattress and pillows. You can sleep well! The kitchenette does not include cutlery or plates or bowls, so just the appliance. If you want to cook something there then you must bring your own tools. Also, the room is equipped with a small fridge and is very useful of course. The bathroom is spacious and was clean! The staff is friendly and it welcomed me with 2 pieces of dark chocolate 70% in the room. Nice gesture. I recommend this hotel for business trips.

Granvia is steps away, but maybe not the most fun part of it.
One room we had the outlet got burnt, it was not the safest setup in terms of electrical wiring. We moved to another room and internet was very slow, the room was not very modern, still power outlets issue. The shower was not the best I’ve had in Spain. The area was in a Chinatown of Madrid, but still pretty good.

Excellent location in the heart of Madrid. Metro and bus stations within minutes walking. All shopping and dining possibilities nearby.
Soundproofing between the rooms is very poor. Noises, TV and conversations from the neighboring rooms were loud enough to disturb our sleep. On the other hand there was no significant noise from the Street.
