5/ 5PerfectGreat customer service, they offered me a better room when I was there and also one free drink. The location is close to the metro station and lots of bars and restaurants around. I slept perfectly and nobody bothered me during my stay. Good breakfast and awesome roof.

The room was nice had good amenities but was a bit small but that's not a problem although I could have gotten a bigger room in London for less as I paid $85 which was to much for that size expecially since Spain is meant to be cheaper. The staff where helpful and friendly and very professional. My main issue was the 1€ charge for a locker to store your bag after checkout. Not a lot but si ce I'd already paid more than I should that was 1€ to much so had to carry my heavy bags everywhere till midnight. Would be appreciated if you could just make that free as 1€ not a lot to you but to me after paying a lot already was a lot.
