Despite having stayed 1 night we were very comfortable, the girl at the reception was very friendly, the only bad thing is that when we called customer service no one answered, anyway we are sure that we will return☺️

We arrived early at 6:30 AM from an 8 hr flight and the registration was not until 2:30 PM. We requested a place where we could rest and they showed us a table with chairs outside by the road. We asked if they could us, but very rude manager basically said it was our problem. We then proceeded to leave to the train station towards San Sebastián. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff is friendly and the location is not too far away from the train station. Our room was only okay for sleeping. The arrangement of the shower room and toilet was a bit awkward and there is no ventilation for the shower room and toilet. The basin is quite small.

omg never had this happening to me before will not recommend this place as however , looked to like I was in a sinkhole , had to leave and book another hotel for sure
