Because I had children with me, the family room was full, so I booked a superior room. When checking in, it was said that children over 8 years old could not stay and that an extra room would have to be booked. I was not allowed to check out after four days of booking. This operation is really incomprehensible! There is nothing wrong with extra charges and extra beds, but this is the first time I have heard of asking for an extra room! The agent coordinated for 2 days but still couldn't solve it! Delay your trip! Moreover, the hotel claims to have unparalleled views. The top terrace was closed for two days at different times, so how can we enjoy the beautiful view? I am really speechless! Bad review! If you are raising children, please don’t fall into this trap!
