We had a great stay here. I want to share my positive reviews of this property and company to omit any negative comments other users have left. Yes there is an app to register all guests and access. Very handy if it's all done and prepared in advance. Not hard at all, I made a mistake with my booking but if you contact them they're very efficient. My issue was resolved in good time. The apartment is clean! Have your basic amenities - couple washing tabs and detergent tablets. I always bring extra when staying in apartment. Full fridge freezer. It is true the walls are thin and we could hear our kids chatting in the next week at bedtime. We were lucky we went end Oct, no big parties happening but you could definitely hear into someone's apartment from the outside. The location is fantastic. Everything close to our doorstep. Metro 2mins away as well as local supermarket and a Lidl. Sol and Gran Via for shopping district less than 15min away. I highly highly recommend this apartment. Please do not be put off the app, it's so handy. Just register in advance and ensure your roaming is switched on. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
