Stayed one full week in Madrid and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel was recently opened and had a special musical touch to it, located right in the center of Madrid by Plaza Mayor and Sol. Rooms are well appointed spacious, and quality amenities ,beautiful rooftop terrace and even though the hotel has a theatre/concert venue you will not hear much! Many artists usually perform at the famous theater venue in the lobby which adds a fun vibe to the experience . However I really need to highlight the staff especially Maria Garcia one of the managers a true professional and did all she can for me to enjoy this experience, always there to help and assist making sure my experience is top notch. Tania the guest experience manager was extraordinary, knew all the answers to my questions and recommend great restaurants, found the perfect transfers to take me to the football stadium, and more. She is a superstar Also wanted to mention Alvaro front office manager, always smiling and accommodating! Bravo!

The location of the hotel is very good, and there are a lot of open-air restaurants and shopping places. But the hotel has a certain room type that can accommodate three people. Whether the couple carries a child or the parents carries two children, the front desk strictly implements the rules for two people. You need to add money to another room type with a sofa bed to accommodate three people. This information hotel did not provide at all when booking with Ctrip.

We got an awesome room, great location and super Fun pool. It’s super popular with the Instagram crowd and they cater a bit to them. But everyone is super nice and friendly, treated our kids lovingly although they accidentally threw away our baby’s lovie and couldn’t find it later which super sucked. The bathroom flooded because it was so full of hair from previous guests, kind of gross. Got an absolutely terrible night sleep because you can hear every single Thing in the hotel from next door to above you. They seemed to be vacuuming rooms at 1:00AM above us and moving furniture which was super loud. Food was great, service was excellent but alot of snotty people.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Upon check in we were given a warm welcome, and I was wished a happy birthday. Our room was beautiful, bedding great, we were able to choose the firmness of the mattress and preference of pillows. Furnishings were comfortable with plenty of space as well as closets and drawers. My husband was sick with some sort of cold, they brought extra water and tissues. They even offered medical assistance. Luckily, I brought medication with us and he was back to normal in a day. Every aspect, lobby, hallways, staff were wonderful. I was disappointed that my birthday was not recognized beyond when we checked in. We did have a small tower of small plates with cheese, meat and olives on the table when returned one day. I find it hard to believe that was for my birthday and not given to every guest. When we were at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace in Budapest a few years ago, a cake, champagne, and a birthday card, were delivered to our suite. My birthday was also recognized in their restaurant. This was a disappointment to be sure. We would definitely stay here again, as the location and hotel are really wonderful. I will rate Dani restaurant separately. I'll just say the reviews by Coastal046..... and valeriosA are accurate. We were there for eight nights!

The hotel is new and very close to major tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, had standard JW bed, nothing stood out or special about the room accept it was still a newly hotel. I am an ambassador elite; however, for some reasons they could not provide a room upgrade. The front desk staff might need more training. One day, I requested to move to a different room because the assigned room was very noisy; the room was next to an elevator, and the cleaning staff parked their cleaning carts right outside; they were loud and chatty. No responses received. At checked in, the hotel offered a complimentary cheese plate in the room, however it smelled and stunk the entire room. It was a good gesture however I had food allergies and could not enjoy the offering. The hotel breakfast offering was great, and the staff at breakfast was very kind and amazing. Evening bar needed some attention.

Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. The favorite photos are taken on the balcony of the room. Very Spanish style, breakfast menu can be single point, rich choice, highly recommended!

Great time at hotel roof at cosy bar. Really helps when downtown everything keeps the heat: pavement and buildings. Nice Cold glass of Cava and beautiful view from above. Many thanks to hotel staff being so friendly, hospitable, and ceremonial. It counts nowadays twice, when many do not care about good manners. I can recommend Villa Vinci as a highly agreeable and enjoyable place to stay. Last but not least it has a strategic location at Calle Gran Via, which always guarantees you a “place to be”.

Stayed at the nh madrid for a long weekend trip and cannot recommend this hotel enough the staff at the hotel are brilliant and are happy to help with anything from taxis to places to go we stayed in room 701 with a balcony overlooking parts of madrid absolutely beautiful hotel is directly opposite the train station with bus stop and metro just outside so easy access from the airport and only a 15 to 20 minute walk from all madrid has to offer fantastic hotel we look forward to returning xxx

The location of the hotel is particularly good, right next to Puerta del Sol, facing the Madrid Post Office. The apartment is located in the very central square ”puerta do sol” very comfortable to turn the whole central part of the city, near stop of the metro, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. etc. etc... Our apartment was located at the 5th and last floor The apartment was very small, the room was 2 single beds and a little more, but I think it is the most of Madrid accommodations. the private bathroom in Madrid was a very small apartment. Room, not with shower but with bathroom (where you could still do the shower n.d.r.). at the end to wash and sleep was very good. good wifi, staff present H24. We liked it, I would advise and return.

Must check in after 2 o'clock, things can be stored for free. After checking in, the door suddenly opened after taking a shower. Come in a white man. Startled me. The hostel is located on the 4th floor of a building few mt away from Plaza del Sol so basically the center of the center and this should be a great news but... 1) The room is approx 16 sq mt , it can fit just a bedroom and a very small bathroom 2) The closet is basically non existent . You can just put there a very small luggage and no shelves 3) Below the hotel you have at least 4 restaurant and most of all a pub which is open until 5 AM, and you'll basically have 24/7 people singing , loud, ect. This will happen on every single day of the week, not only the weekend 4) Each single morning at approx 5:30 AM you'll get the noise from the road cleaning plus the trucks delivering the beer.... to the pub! 5) The room , as well the window, is not sound proofed so... good luck with your sleep 6) The sun is hitting the building almost all day, so this means at night it's like Frodo it's about to drop a ring in your room. 7) The A/C it's noisy and due the fact that the room is so small it's basically 1mt away from your bed. Good look with your health To wrap up: good place for a night, but no longer than that!

The location is the important thing. The room is pretty basic but clean and comfortable. The bathroom is good and there's nothing really to complain about. Hostal Victoria is right on the Plaza del Sol and it's the prefect location for a first visit to Madrid. The metro is very close, the San Miguel market is a short walk through the Plaza Mayor and everything is accessible. The only minor concern is that cars generally cannot access the hostal directly. We got dropped off on the other side of the Plaza and walked. However, police cars are always there and when we left, early in the morning, a chance taxi picked us up in the plaza.
