Room Mate Hotels Properties in Madrid

Definitely recommend! The hotel's front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room to one with a small balcony, and it came with a Dyson hairdryer! The location is perfect, right in the city center. Photos 2 and 3 highlight the delicious yogurt ice cream and a Michelin restaurant just next door!

Service: The uncle downstairs greeted us warmly every time we entered and exited. The front desk was on the 9th floor, and the lady told us in detail about various matters, such as breakfast, the party on the rooftop at night, and taking photos on the hotel's sunset balcony! When we left Madrid, the hotel booked a taxi for us and told us that the price from the city to the airport was 33 euros, and we couldn't ask for more! Peace of mind😌 Environment: It is very convenient to go shopping near the hotel, and it is also close to the subway station. The key is that there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. For Chinese stomachs who are tired of Western food for a week, this is a savior! The beds in Spain or Europe are smaller than those in China. People who are used to big beds just need to not roll over randomly, otherwise they will fall off easily!

Ideal location. Near the metro and bus stops. To most sights walked. Very tasty and diverse breakfast. In the room perfect cleanliness. Comfortable beds and pillows. The room had a small water problem, we were very quick to help and solve the problem. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff who provide the comfort of the guests.

Great location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

The room was clean and tidy, and there was no odor. The service was great, although the color scheme was a bit strange. It's very close to all the attractions in Madrid, including the Royal Palace of Madrid, the Royal Collection Exhibition Hall, the San Gamri Market, and the Puerta del Sol, all within a 10-minute walk. There's a subway downstairs, making it easy to get around. It looks like a 3-star hotel.
