El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.

I checked in and the staff gave me a wrong room key and I ended up walking in on a woman naked, staff insisted on speaking bad English when I already said I don’t mind speaking French or Spanish if they preferred. I had an accidental wake up call at 5am, and I needed to get some sleep. I had room service coming in on me and even when I said do not disturb, I was naked!! The mask obsession in Spain is hard enough as it is and stupid. It seems like the hotel has many “mask police” walking around. What a weird hotel, I will not be making a return to this establishment

You need your key card by the door to turn on lights. But otherwise was a good stay. Supplied shuttle to and from airport. WhatsApp in case you need to book shuttle is on the photo.

I love this hotel. The staff are very friendly and even help me to learn Spanish! The hotel is small enough to be peaceful and very pretty. It's near the metro but in a lovely part of Madrid. It's really good for solo travelers, the breakfast is well worth it, the pool is fabulous. It's t perfect place to relax and see Madrid from. It's not a busy place for Nightlife but you can go out easily if you want from here. The beds are big and I love the rooms. I can't fault this hotel for a place to relax and hope to come again and again. Thank you to the manager and all the staff.

The hotel is located close to the airport, which is suitable for catching an early morning flight the next day. A single taxi fare is about 20 euros. It is very convenient to check-out in the early morning when there are already taxis in front of the hotel. 24 hour reception very quick check in and check out. The room is clean. Although it is not big, it is very suitable for a one-night stay to catch a flight the next morning. The only problem is that the electrical socket in the room has two round holes. My square adapter cannot be used. Fortunately, there is another one provided in the room. USB charging hole. The overall accommodation experience was satisfactory and I would consider staying here again next time.

Perfect for an overnight prior to next flight! Clean and comfortable rooms with a very welcomed bath tub. The breakfast was tasty and lots of options.

While looking for a place close to my business trip, I found the best place. It was very comfortable, and there were many restaurants nearby and parking was convenient and nice. They also kindly provided parking for us.

The hotel probably was built in the 90s so the facilities are a bit worn out. But we had a very comfortable stay there. The hotel is quite clean and staffs are friendly. Good value if you need to catch a morning flight. They don’t offer the free shuttle bus to the airport anymore but the subway is very close by, 3-4 minutes walk. The food in the bar restaurants can be improved.

It is recommended not to eat breakfast compared to the cost. I don't know how old the food is, but they're all ready-made and at that cost you might as well go out and get a cup of coffee. You'd better make sure it's an underground room. I don't know if it's because it's winter, but it's humid and it doesn't feel good. The TV doesn't work. It's great for the price of just sleeping.

When it comes to traveling, whether for leisure or business, booking the right hotel with suitable facilities and located at the right location for a reasonable price can be notoriously tricky. When reading reviews, it's also important to remember. While some people prefer hotels away from the hustle and bustle of the City, others prefer to stay right in the heart of the City. So the choice of a room depends a lot on your personal preferences. With that in mind, if you are the type of person happy to stay a metro ride away outside of the City, this is the perfect hotel, and the staff was terrific. If you let the hotel know in advance, they will pick you up from the airport via a shuttle or Uber, which is about a ten-minute ride. Upon arrival, check-in was swift, and there was a pool to relax by after sightseeing which is a rarity in Madrid. There is also the option of a breakfast buffet for 12 euros. Location Football fans can take a 20-25 min walk to the Metropolitano Stadium, home of Athletico Madrid. For sightseeing, you simply need to turn left outside of the hotel and head to the Canillejas Metro Station. From the machine, pick up 1 x 10 journey metro ticket. If you are a couple, you can share it with your other half and pass the card back to your other half. From the Canillejas Metro Station, take Line 5 straight to Gran Via. It's around a 25-minute journey with no changes. When you leave the Gran Via station, it brings you outside a Mcdonald's, and you are right in the heart of the City. There is an easy-to-use mobile app where you add your destination and current metro stop, and it gives you the route, so it's nice and easy to get around. Back in the hotel, there aren't too many restaurant options around, but the Restaurante Goterón offers a great fixed menu that can be found on its Facebook Page. There is also the option of Uber eats if you are too tired to go out and a few nearby shops to pick up late snacks. Once again, the staff were terrific and had a solution for any problem I had, from opening a bottle of wine for me to the option of paying 30 Euros for a 4pm late checkout as our flight was in the evening. Overall An affordable hotel that is a 25-minute metro ride into the City and has a pool to relax by with great staff and transport o and from the airport are just a few reasons why I would recommend this hotel and choose to stay in again should I return.
