Friendly staff, very clean room, bathroom and the environment. Food was excellent. Restaurant staff was very courteous. Housekeeping was very prompt , excellent service provided by ***uth Kumar (housekeeping). Overall, the stay was very pleasant and looking forward to stay in the hotel during our next visit as well.

Comfortable stay, nice to have the paper every day. The pool was small but we still appreciated it to cool down What made this place stand out though was Francis in the restaurant, such a lovely smile and attentive service, we'd go back just for him. I had the parrotta with lamb twice it was so yummy

We actually stayed in Heritage Madurai but werent happy with the food there. So one day, we visited GRT regency to have lunch and were bowled over with their quality and hospitality even though we didnt stay at their place. We loved the place so much that for the next 3 days, we visited GRT for lunch thereafters. They took care of our 10 year old son and mother who was a senior citizen Special mention to Jeyapandian, Govidrajan, Francis and Vishnu for their wonderful care and hospitatlity. Will never forget their timely help.

The team members of the hotel explained the things very clearly, which is most useful for us! Beautiful ambiance! The attractive theme decoration gives us a special vibe for Valentine's Day! Cookies, tea, and food were so tasty! We will surely visit again! Thank you!!
