It was good though did feel that value for money is not thr.. Too costly for the services.. But overall a good experience.. VVIP darshan was a costly affair.. cudnt explore much, the way it shud have been after paying a hefty amount.. Can be made better

Very good location. Bathrooms are clean and good hot water. Check in is fast. Service is good. Rooms are poorly designed. Wash basin is outside the bathroom. Corridors are narrow. Door sill is too low. Rooms don’t have windows. Facility needs more maintenance. Claustrophobic

Nice hotel they have guide me very well because we are new to madurai they have given us a round trip to rameshwaram , Kanyakumari, Kodaikanal with low cost of taxi and rooms in other places also and I am sure you can trust them in round trip breakfast with south Indian dishes and dinner with alakot with Verity of food

I was in madurai two days back it was a wonderful experience I have stayed in hotel president in room no.125 the room was clean and the staffs are so kind Mr.jayakumar Asst ***ager front helped me lot for exploring Madurai the service was so good the food is amazing and the temple is near

Very good supportive staff Mrs.Maheswari responsible and her service is highly appreciated while check in time and check out time she most helpful and guided to temple . Location is highly recommended . Meenakshi Am*** temple is near walkable distance only rooms were cleaned and maintained.

This is one of the best property for the family stay and the food is also very tasty. They have a very spacious parking area with cctv facility. The hotel is located very close the the Madurai famous Meenakshi Am*** temple. They also provide tours and travels packages allover Tamil Nadu and Kerala with their own drivers and own vehicles.

Experience in the hotel was terrible. For loosing door key at temple & issuing duplicate key they charged Rs 500/- from me which is free of cost in other hotels. Room service is delayed. Rooms are unclean, untidy & stinking. Lobby lights were either not available or very dim.

I was staying in room 216 name is Presidential suite it was amazing the room was so specious and it has a sofa area and large bed room and the bathroom was so clean and the parking is also good the temple is only 500mtrs walkable distance food was excellent

One of the best hotel we ever tried. Hotel staffs are very friendly. They maintain very well. Surely I will suggest this hotel to my friends and collegues. Rooms are very clean and neat. They provide complement breakfast there. Food also good to eat. Over all experience was very happy.
