I was very pleased that even after the restrictions during the pandemic, my favorite restaurant did not lose its level of hospitality and culinary. It used to depend on the shift that fell on the day we chose. But at least not as frankly bad as the last time. For us, he really became the last in this institution, I will not even advise anyone else. On January 3, at 12 noon, I arrived with a pre-written menu to the administrator Evgenia in order to make an advance payment for January 16. Evgenia, as always, with a "sour" and dissatisfied face, said that she could not discuss it with me now, because they would soon begin servicing the event. The hall was empty of visitors and service personnel. She asked me to come tomorrow. Well, I arrived the next day and in 10 minutes we discussed and wrote down the menu for January 16, leaving an advance payment of 1000 rubles. In the order, I specified that I would need to take 2 servings of salmon with me. On January 16, at the appointed time, the guests gathered at the Russian Estate. Have not been there for six months, it is very noticeable that the interior is tired. The price has changed, this is understandable, the rise in price of products. But, unfortunately, the quality of the cooked food and the quantity in servings have changed. Gone are the sweet compliments for birthdays. 4 pieces of barbecue and 200 grams of onion, it's tasteless. You can afford, having such a huge territory, to cook barbecue in the open air. There are no visitors and that spirit of the Russian cuisine restaurant has disappeared, this is a cafe. Somewhere in the reviews I read about a disgruntled and uninitiated team, I completely agree. I really liked the shift with the administrator Tatyana, which cannot be said about Evgeny. Sorry for the long review, but I want to protect the guests from inattention. I wrote above that I ordered 2 servings of salmon to go, the waiter clarified this at the beginning of the evening. We were alone in the hall, then we occupied 2 more tables. The waitress was probably alone, she did not have time to do anything. Several times they asked for tea and a cake brought earlier, they waited for tea, I paid at the counter with Evgenia. And already at the wardrobe she asked about the fish, which d.b. with myself. I went to the kitchen, and found out that it was not cooked. A taxi car was waiting for us. Together with the waitress, I went to Evgenia, specifying that the payment was for the fish. Evgenia whispered something to the waitress, I asked for a refund. Even in this matter, Evgenia turned out to be incompetent. When I received my return receipt, I didn't hear anything from them. If someone was worried about clients, about a good name, then there are many options for how to correct the situation with dignity. There was an impression that this was designed for the forgetfulness of visitors, emotional upsurge, etc. In general, everything left a residue, both from the quality of food and from the staff. Well, let's try new places in our city.
