Ayada is a far place that requires a domestic flight and then a boat ride, so it's a bit tiring. However, if you enjoy snorkeling, you'll feel like you've been rewarded for the long journey by experiencing the amazing ocean. The clean and comfortable accommodations and the restaurant with air-conditioned rooms were also nice.

Ayada Resort, a Hideaway Worth a Visit As a travel enthusiast, I have stayed in countless hotels and resorts around the world, and I can confidently say that Ayada Resort in the Maldives is definitely one of the best. From the breathtaking location to the impeccable service, this hidden gem exceeds all expectations. 1. Choosing Ayada: With so many atolls and islands in the Maldives, choosing the right resort was overwhelming - until I found Ayada. Located just 20 miles north of the equator, it has a warm and stable tropical climate, making it an ideal destination. We set off in late April. 2. The Journey: Although getting to Ayada from Male requires an extra hour flight and then a 50-minute speedboat ride, the resort's seamless connection makes the journey part of the adventure. Transfers, luggage handling, and even VIP lounge access are all well organized. Tip: Plan your arrival/departure flights to see the turquoise lagoon and coral reefs from the air. 3. Accommodation: We stayed in the Sunset Suite (unit 6), a spacious single-story overwater villa with three unique living areas, all made of luxurious solid wood. The villa is designed to perfectly blend luxury and privacy: private pool, deep soaking tub, and direct access to the lagoon from the terrace. Waking up to the unobstructed sea view is refreshing, as if you have your own sky and sea. 4. Privacy and atmosphere: If you are like me, you crave tranquility rather than crowds, Ayada is the ideal place for you. The privacy of the resort ensures tranquility, and the spacious villas are carefully arranged and well-spaced from each other. It's just you, the sea and the horizon, without other distractions. 5. Dining and experience: The resort's themed dinners are a highlight. Every night brings a new culinary adventure. I especially loved the sea salt night under the stars and the breathtaking seaside fire show. The creativity of the chefs is amazing, especially considering the remote location of the resort. 6. Exceptional Service: Ayada’s staff elevates the experience from good to extraordinary. Our butler, Z, is a rare talent—attentive, patient, and only a text away. Whether arranging a last-minute getaway or accommodating a special request, every detail is taken care of in minutes. 🥇 Conclusion: Yes, going to Ayada is an investment, but it’s definitely worth it. As someone who believes that life’s pleasures are earned, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. The overall experience was very comfortable. In general, except for the long waiting time at the end of the island departure, there was nothing to complain about. I sincerely suggest that the hotel can let customers check out 1-2 hours before leaving the island. I was tired after waiting in the lounge for 3 or 4 hours.

There is a very organized team, quality service, But we recommend you to stay for a maximum of 5 nights, don't expect an activity, life ends as of 21:00 at night.. Gökhan and Burak are the most relevant staff.

Although it is a bit far from Male Airport, the beauty and everything here is so straight! . Here I met a very caring and great butler "Raaif", he was very patient and communicated with us even though we were not good at English! Thank you for taking care of us these days.

The sea view is extremely beautiful and it amazes me every day. The rooms are particularly good. Whether it's the garden villa or the sunset ocean villa, they are all very comfortable, clean and cozy. The food is diverse and delicious. Our butler Dev is very friendly and polite. He always helps us solve problems in time and arranges everything in an orderly manner. The other staff members of the hotel are also very friendly. I like it here and highly recommend it. I will come again if I have the chance.

The scenery is beautiful and the staff is friendly. It is suitable for family travel, and it will be more enjoyable to bring family and friends. The snorkeling experience is great and makes you feel safe. Zeeshan amazing we enjoyed very much

This was our third time visiting Ayada and it was once again an incredible and unforgettable holiday. Zee is the best butler out there and once again was exceptional and always there for anything we needed and more. Raaish in Magu was equally fantastic, he always had our favourite table ready each night and the drinks delivered without even asking. Dias at Ocean Breeze was always attentive and a pleasure to speak to each day. The coral and snorkelling was better than ever. We saw turtles, rays, sharks and other fish everywhere. It was another 10/10 from Ayada!

Ayada is a wonderful Maldivian island and a very well managed resort. Its house reef is really amazing : 360°, with a drop-off surprisingly inhabited by a strong colony of beautiful coral. After 20 visits to as many resorts in the Maldives and despite several consecutive El Ninos, I thought I wouldn't see anything like this anymore. It was just incredible. We stayed 3 weeks at Ayada and were every day impatient to discover new areas of the huge lagoon in mainly calm and safe conditions despite some current changes like everywhere else. My overall feeling about Ayada is that "everything fits" : villas are perfect, nicely designed, large and comfortable be it Ocean or Beach and so on, restaurants, services, everything is at the right place: maintenance, cleanliness, logistics are seamlessly assured. Food offer "fits" as well : it meets all possible expectations and diets from an international clientele, always plentiful and tasty. Last but not least : the staff. Wonderful people. They spoiled us rotten. All of them without exception, in all departments. Always efficient, caring and smiling. They made us feel so important. I'd like to thank them all : Areech who cleaned our room and was such and interesting interlocutor, AK, manager Food and Beverages, who took so good care of us and became day by day a true companion, Innani, serving us at the restaurant with restless attention and skills, and Maysha, Hakan, Diaz... as well, Sol at the Dive Center. Special mention for the Top "Chefs", I recall Pradeep, Budikka and Misdar : all three of them competed with one another to enrich an already very large range of dishes. Thanks to them all, to Shiyax the Operation manager and to Craig, the resort manager, we had a wonderful holiday at Ayada.

From the moment we arrived In Male the ayada team was ready and waiting to assist us navigating to our final destination = Paradise! Our goal was to relax, unplug, snorkel, explore and reconnect, All of that & more was made possible & so much more at the Ayada Maldives! I credit the exceptional staff and their impeccable customer care, from the team at the airport to our butler Dev to the kind and gentle staff at the Spa. We snorkeled everyday, swam with sharks, had pods dolphins playing in the distance, ate fabulous international cuisine every day, got spa treatments and relaxed… I would recommend the romance package for the best value and overview of the best aspects of the resort. We loved the spa experience so much we booked the same services again, the day before traveling home and added an outdoor bubble bath complete with Floating hibiscus flowers and refreshments. Nanu the spa manager was a delight and our therapist Sri & Lin were gifted with magic fingers and kind souls. This was my first massage since recovering from shoulder surgery and Sri applied the right amount of pressure to soothe & relax my muscles without any discomfort. Lin took excellent care of my husband who deals with chronic pain. It was a real treat to find such unexpected talent while on vacation. Dev our butler was a superstar! He kept us updated on the daily activities. And assisted us with whatever we needed. We have not relaxed like that in a long time

He arranged dreamy beach dinners, snorkeling trips, and even surprised us with a romantic petal bath. His warmth and professionalism made us feel truly special. From gourmet dining to vibrant coral reefs, every moment exceeded expectations. Ayada is a slice of heaven, and Nattu made it unforgettable. Highly recommend for couples seeking perfection! ✨

The staff here are all incredibly warm and welcoming, but a few truly made our stay extra special. Burak, our wedding officiant and the restaurant manager, was simply amazing — his experience and calm coordination made our ceremony flow perfectly from start to finish. Our butler, Nattu, was exceptional too. Always just a message away, he responded promptly and took care of every little detail with care. And a huge thank you to our super talented makeup artist, Ms. Jia Jia, and our wonderful photographer, Mr. Gao. Jia Jia made me feel confident and beautiful throughout the day, with a style that was both elegant and natural. Mr. Gao captured every touching and joyful moment with such a professional eye — the results were more than we ever imagined. We’re beyond grateful for the love and care we received here — truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience
