We booked a studio room for two nights before returning to the UK. The food was very nice but after sleeping in the bed the first I awoke covered legs down in bites. The hotel provided z taxi to a local doctor who prescribed medications for bedbugs. After returning to the hotel they moved us out of the room, into a poorer room which was in need of restoration. Thankfully only had one night to.go.

We recently hosted a corporate event here and had a wonderful experience. The staff took great care of us, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. The food was delicious and received a lot of compliments. A special shoutout to Raja, our emcee, who did a fantastic job keeping the event engaging and lively. Highly recommend this venue for corporate events!

We stayed in Room 209 for my wife’s birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. From the start, Sameer from Reservations was very helpful in arranging everything and ensuring the room was ready. At Reception, Pinky gave us a warm welcome and presented the resort and its facilities beautifully, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Harish and the entire Housekeeping team did an excellent job in keeping our room comfortable and special thanks for the lovely bed decoration, which made the celebration even more memorable. During high tea, a lady staff member was exceptionally kind and engaging with the children, creating fun activities that they truly enjoyed. The F&B team was also excellent – the food was tasty and flavorful. A dedicated kids’ menu would be a great addition for families, and the high tea spread could be improved further with a few more dishes. The room had a few minor maintenance issues, but overall, our stay was very comfortable and memorable. Went with my family with people of all age. The supervisor Harsha was extremely patient and supportive to take my 77 ye old mother to the beach transferring using the Buggie and wheelchair assistance. Clean property and caring staff.

It was a beautiful experience. Definitely a property that's light on your pockets compared to the places nearby. It's a small resort but the facilities are really good. 1. They provide free shuttle service to the beach which is nearby. 2. The beach has a lawn, a few hammocks and the best part is they have a small water play in the side. 3. The pool is very clean Every penny was worth. Highly recommend

A very nice hotel with a huge menu, lovely food and a fabulous pool. The room by the pool was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, although it was a little "tired around the edges". The staff were superb. The grounds were just big enough to have a wander around to watch the squirrels and birds. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. The hotelhas an annexe nearer the beach and although we didn't go there, you walk past on the way to thye beach. Our only minor gripe is that the public pat you take to the beach and the annexe is full of rubbish, as is most of India, but it wouldn't take a lot to clear it up.

We have just arrived here for our final 3 nights of a wonderful holiday only to be confronted with a hotel room that is filthy, tired and really not fit to stay in. Everything smells damp, everything is dirty. The beach area is disgusting, filled with litter. We are desperately trying to end our wonderful holiday now and go home. In reality it’s a zero star. The staff are lovely but the place needs to be demolished.

Regarding the beach, we believe there may have been a misunderstanding — the area referred to appears to be the public beach, which is outside of our operational control. However, we do maintain a private beachfront area exclusively for our guests, complete with loungers, hammocks, and various activities. A very nice, large and deep pool. delicious food before dinner there is tea time with very tasty filter coffee and masala. The beach is not far away, there is a free buggy from the hotel. There are also huge rain umbrellas throughout the hotel. The ocean is beautiful. Beach with black tide. there were cows nearby. Hammock and very warm water in the shower. Everything is very nice. The staff is great. Thank you!

The property is well made and well organized. The staff very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is both buffet and a la carte and it's really very good. The breakfast is good and very varied. At the moment the influx of Western tourists is almost nothing and therefore the menu is typically Indian. Food is excellent. There are afternoon activities and tea snacks. There is also a SPA with good value for money and an equipped gym. The rooms are all in front of the pool and with a private garden at the back (too bad that given the amount of insects and the absence of mosquito nets is not usable). The rooms are very large but a bit crumbling. The shower is big, but very little water comes out. Although the bathroom is large, there is little room for the beauty case. The fridgebar (empty) is very noisy, we turned it off the first night and the next morning everything was flooded (because it had probably never been defrosted). The air conditioning cannot be adjusted, it is too cold and it is too hot. Fortunately, above the bed is the fan. Good wifi. The kindness of the staff and the excellence of the food, however, compensates for the defects of the room and therefore it is a recommended hotel!

Very smart reception area...but very corporate, we could have been anywhere...we were sorry it didn't reflect Indian culture. Having said that, it is a lovely hotel. Good size rooms. We had a great first floor balcony overlooking the garden. Flooring in room has seen better days and the doors would benefit from a repaint. Real pluses at this hotel are:- Huge and beautiful swimming pool Private beach Complimentary afternoon tea Great choice at breakfast Very good spa treatments available Really lovely staff - so friendly and helpful

The hotel is beautiful, close to thr sea. Rooms are very comfortable. It has an incredible garden full of magnolia trees and a wonderful swimming pool with showers. Stuff is very polite and helpful. They offered us a welcome team party with Indian snacks and cakes.

I stayed on 26th September 2024 ***** with my parents. It was very nice stay. All staffs are friendly. Very nice location. Clean rooms, pools, beach transport provided. Really like the place our day was made. Hi tea is complementary. Thanks once again.
