Ocean Terrace is a gem on Mahe Island! The hotel is incredibly clean and cozy, offering breathtaking views of the stunning Anse Beach. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Its location is excellent—despite being on a hill, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby at the base.

The best property in Mahe . Though it is bit far from city but the view is spectacular. The team managing the property is very sweet . Team. Always go an extra mile to make your experience better. We booked the apartment here and the facilities available are just wow

The staff here we're outstanding so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, can't praise them too highly. The hotel has a few rooms done to a very high standard and very spacious due to availability we had the apartment which was huge. It had wonderful views down on to the sea and 2 (yes 3) terraces. A small plunge pool to cool. A la carte breakfast. It is at the top of high hill, do not even think about walking up with your bags. This is a wonderful place to stay.

I was looking for an exclusive and therapeutic retreat. Lovely breakfast, hill-top views are to die for. The staff are welcoming and supportive, Kereck their General Manager was very warm, helpful and keen to guide me for my trip activities. He also gave me a lift a few times to nearby spots (which he did not need to at all). My stay here was absolutely delightful and therapeutic. A house turned boutique hotel which became my home away for home - I was upgraded to the executive Kolibri suite which will have my heart forever! 🐦🔥🏝️⛰️🌳🌴🏡

An absolutely awesome boutique hotel everything was perfect with well furnished good arrangement very good and varied breakfast with amazing nature view. The staff service is excellent the manager of the location Mr. Kereck was always present to help us with any request really like it

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been. Perfect peace, quiet and privacy. The hotel, the rooms and the pool terrace are all stunningly beautiful, and the staff are simply brilliant. A family environment, they looked after our every need. Couldn't wish for a better team than Kereck and the ladies! The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are fully equipped (e.g. soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shaving kit, dental kit, toiletries bag, hairdryer, iron, tissues, unlimited mineral water, tea, coffee maker, bathrobe, safe, etc.). There is no dinner option in the hotel, but we could order food, than they served it for us at the amazing terrace. The hotel is on top of a high hill, it's not a good idea to walk up the steep hill, but luckily Kereck came to pick us up with his car when we called him.

Great place outside the touristy area, located on top of a hill. There is a great atmosphere around. Photos don’t give credits to the location itsself. Rooms are spacious, the pool is accessible 24/7 and it’s all very clean and with a good care of details. Be aware you need to rent a car to reach the place. Anse Royale is only 3 minutes by car from the hotel and there are also several take away / restaurants in the village near by. Wifi works very well. Special thanks to Kerreck and the Nepalese guy, they have been both very kind and allowed us to spend a couple of extra hours in the structure meanwhile waiting for our flight back home. We appreciate it a lot!

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einem sehr aufmerksamen, tollen Manager. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch! Alles war super sauber. Da wir sehr früh am Morgen zum Flughafen mussten hat uns der Manager trotzdem noch ein super feines Frühstück organisiert. Wir haben das Hotel von Freunden empfohlen bekommen und waren rundum zufrieden!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vor dem Eingang empfangen und die Koffer gleich in das Zimmer gebracht. Beim Check-in mit Willkommensgetränk. Der Manager hat uns dann alles gezeigt. Man hat uns angeboten Essen zu bestellen, was auch super war. Das ganze Guesthouse und das Zimmer ist sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. Frühstück sehr sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Der Manager und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Neben dem sehr schönen Guesthouse ist der Ausblick das Highlight! Der Weg bis oben ist recht steil, daher benötigt man ein Mietauto oder Taxi. Am letzten Tag durften wir das Gepäck deponieren und auch ein Badezimmer nutzen. Das war Super!
