Mahmutlar Hotels with Airport pickup service

I will share a review - in Lithuania, a TezTour representative sold this hotel as 5 stars. Our mistake is that we did not check ourselves. Judging as a 4-star hotel, it would probably be good. I will try not to focus on the issue of cleanliness in the common areas of the hotel, the limited presence of hygiene items and their non-replenishment (no problem, we bought our own), disposable/plastic dishes in the evening and many other details that I had to encounter for the first time. Since we traveled a lot, we didn't stay in the hotel that much. • Massages in the spa center are good enough. • The service staff - almost all of them are excellent, the staff is the real asset of this hotel. Good, friendly, helpful, smiling people - that's what people miss the most when they return home. I would like to draw attention to the fact that there is one middle-aged or older man with longer hair working at the reception desk, he is a person that many hotel guests tried to avoid, without extra money no issue is solved, empathy 0. It is worth thinking about changing the profession for this person. But it was not as it might seem - two young men worked - one of them Tolgahan, the other (if I remember) I will write. Excellent, friendly, helpful - they helped, directed, always met with a good mood! The girl who made coffee at the Lobby bar, Ege, is always smiling, kind, personally warm like the Turkish sun! In the bar by the sea, the woman making the drinks is such a warm person, smiling and kind☀️. Thank you for the good emotions! In the field of catering, basically everyone is wonderful, polite! ☀️ The food is good - no poisoning, full of fruits, vegetables, chicken and turkey. Fewer healthy options as well - in other words, you will find a wide variety of whatever food you want. As for evening programs, considerable attention is paid to children. Russian speakers should really like it. :) As for the internet within the hotel - it is paid, only the wifi connection was really poor, there was no internet connection more often than there was. Or you had to leave your room or find another place in the hotel to use the internet.

I originally wanted to write a review better, but the hotel administrator's hamstring attitude spoiled everything that was good here. Rooms: in most of its old and scratched, there is no even a cabin in the shower, just a sledge of a shower and everything is not fenced. On the walls of the mushroom is adorned with a regular chunk. Thank you for being able to move us from such a room to a more decent (surprisingly, there are such) Food: you will not stay hungry, feed good, but there is no choice of hot dishes. One meat and a couple of garnishes for choice. Desserts so much for yourself that there is, that there is no. Fruit and vegetables are for every meal, there are no questions for them. Huge queues for dinner and just no place to sit down if you haven't come in advance and haven't taken the table. Beach: is 5 minutes walk, sand, small Galka and places of stoves, lying and umbrellas free of charge from the hotel, towels are not issued. Several zones for the entrance to the sea, where there are tiles, but there are places where you can go quietly Service: waiters young people try to quickly clean everything from the tables. Cleaning-it is not counted. But to replace the towels, throw out the trash - they can. When we were cleaned in our room was only a bed, waste and replaced 2 towels of 4ths. The floors, tables, chestnuts do not rubbish anything. The administrator's hammock attitude, who made practically hysterical, seeing, that we want to carry 3 dolls of apples into a room on a dish, started to hammock and didn't explain what the problem is when the dishes can always pick up the cleaner or we ourselves drop it down. It was so unpleasant that I want to advise the director of this hotel to have a conversation with this man because calling a guest abnormal is just a slack.

The staff are very sensitive and close to cleaning. The food is not in the hair. The swimming pool is cleaning daily. The staff are very interested and the roses are faced. Also the beach is 7/24 service available. I was very pleased. This price is better service than luxury hotels. I'm sure to recommend.
