I love the place. I enjoyed my stay

The hotel is ok, the staff are nice, but the whole place is let down by poor accessibility (although on first floor, took lift because of luggage, but found there were still step to thread), and a very unwelcoming dining area with loud television on that you cannot escape. We had to go elsewhere to eat because of that. Check-in and check out very fast and good. Shame about the rest. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
