The location is amazing.
Front desk service great.
For what we paid our room was pretty tired ! As are the facilities……but the location is brilliant….
Our fridge stunk of fish residue which is a shame it didn’t get picked up by the cleaners and equally a shame that guests would think this is acceptable to leave for someone else

We've visited this property a few times since 2002 and it doesn't disappoint. A well-managed property away from the bustle of Surfers Paradise which is exceptional for families with young children also. Staff are friendly and parking very easy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Golden Sands. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed anywhere with a better view over the ocean, it was even winter at the time and we still loved it. We love the beach life when we travel so this place was perfect. I recommend!

The views were extraordinary. The little steps that were scattered in the unit because the floor was uneven was a bit dangerous. The pillows were terrible we went out and bought pillows after our first night. The apartment was very beaten up, the couch needs a good clean it had stains. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely consider going back despite some of the cons mentioned above

I booked an apartment a year ago for a certain price and a certain renovated unit, never received emails from them at all until a follow up was done by me I received a reply telling me that unit was not longer available, but if I wanted was $ 490.00 per night double of the price when i booked it, they were going to put me in to a different one on my
