Good location to head to the airport early in the morning.

One overnight before the next flight. Good location very close to Maiquetia airport - a 5 minute rise by car.

The hotel facilities are average. It is mainly because it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle bus. In order not to miss the early morning flight, staying overnight is also an option.

The hotel service is very good, pick up and drop off on time. I told them that I wanted to change to a room with a window, and they helped change it immediately. You can see the blue sea outside the window, which is very relaxing.

Very bad, no luggage storage service, no prior notice, the front desk does not speak English, the room facilities are old, there is no transportation around, the hotel taxi and the front desk are rip-offs. The front desk service attitude is poor and there is no help for the guests. It is a waste of garbage and a fighter among garbage.

Excellent stay at this hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, delicious food. Very close to the airport and with transportation service. Truly a pleasant surprise and 100% recommended. Congratulations to all the staff.

Everything was excellent but I didn't like getting a pair of socks in the room, hanging in the closet... I think they didn't clean it well... but everything else EXCELLENT, especially the reception staff and those who greet us at the airport (even the driver of the bus is very kind)
