My honest review about my recent stay at Belanova Apartment which wasn't a great one,as i checked out disappointed and dissatisfied. I was on a business trip and stayed at Belanova Apartment, a day before i checked-out i ordered spaghetti in the evening after returning from the day activities,to my greatest surprises the spaghetti was tasteless,there was no single spices on the spaghetti,just spaghetti garnished with vegetable,i only tasted two spoon and got pissed off and then left the rest. The next morning i checked out disappointed,this is the second time i am having same bad experience with Belanoa food,my previous stay in August i ordered Egusi soup which tasted stale and also was not delicious,It was very disappointing considering the amount i paid to stay there. The room is very clean ,soft comfy bed smart TV and the staff are very nice and engaging particularly the Housekeeper who are doing a great job keeping the room clean and the the Front Desk team. I am sorry this review is coming late,Although I left a copy of the same review on the feedback form on the desk in the room hoping that the hotel will reach out to me. I will definitely return because of cleanliness and environment,but wont gamble with the hotel food anymore,as i will prefer to order food outside the hotel, i stayed in room 403 . I think the Chefs needs more training with regards to culinary skills and the management should look into this seriously,otherwise the hotel and a very beautiful property in a good location.
